Your opportunity
The Home School Link Worker at Pine Ridge and Lorraine Federation and Cordwalles Junior School plays a crucial role in supporting the well-being, safety, and academic success of pupils by acting as a bridge between home and school. The postholder will work closely with school staff, families, and external agencies to identify and address barriers to learning and provide early intervention and tailored support to vulnerable pupils and their families. The role also involves facilitating parenting groups, conducting home visits, and contributing to safeguarding meetings, while promoting positive transitions and long-term engagement with school and community life.

The Details
Start Date: 8th December 2025
Salary: £27,061 - £28,744 FTE
Actual Salary: £11,640.21 - £12,364.15
Hours of Work: 18hrs per week (39 weeks incl. INSET)
Closing Date: Friday 28th November at 9.30am
