Hillcroft Primary School are looking to appoint a committed and enthusiastic Wrap Around Care Administrative Manager to provide wraparound care for our school children.
Your Opportunity
This opportunity involves leading the development and daily management of our Wraparound Care Provision, ensuring a safe, caring and stimulating environment where children aged 3-11 can enjoy a wide range of play, learning and leisure activities. You will organise daily routines that meet children’s emotional, social, physical and intellectual needs, while building strong partnerships with parents, carers and professionals to promote their wellbeing. You will also be responsible for day‑to‑day administration and record keeping, including maintaining attendance records, completing required returns, and managing staff administration such as attendance, absences, lateness and authorising salary pay claims. In addition, you will attend and contribute to leadership team meetings to support the smooth and effective running of the provision.
What we are looking for
- Good General Education including English and Maths at GCSE or equivalent
- Appropriate experience in administration
- Ability to remain professional and maintain confidentiality at all times

Salary: GLF Specialist Point 1 - £27,061
Actual Salary: £9,575.81
Hours: 07:00-09:45am Mon to Fri (42 weeks per year)
