Kilnwood Vale School are looking to appoint a dedicated, enthusiastic and creative Nursery Room leader for our developing and expanding Nursery. Must have a minimum of a Level 3 qualification in Early Years
Your opportunity
You will be responsible for overseeing the daily management of our 2yrs old, within Nursery setting. Providing a safe, caring and stimulating learning environment for our youngest children, you will take the lead in ensuring the academic and emotional development and attainment of our 2yr olds.
The successful candidate will be prepared to work hard and respond positively to the challenges of day-to-day school life and will be committed to supporting children to achieve the very best they can through an engaging and creative curriculum.
What we're looking for
- Must have at least a level 3 qualification in Early Years
- GCSE Grade C or above in Maths and English
- up to date with training and knowledge of Safeguarding
- a positive, can do attitude
- trustworthy and approachable
- The ability to use a variety of strategies to engage and support children in their learning
- Able to provide stimulating and engaging experiences for our children and support them in becoming lifelong learners
- A collaborative professional with the ability to contribute to provision planning

Actual Salary: £23,879 ( Full time £24,982)
Hours of work: 40 hrs a week term time (39 weeks a year Including inset days)
