Danetree Primary School is looking to recruit an enthusiastic and flexible part-time Administrative Assistant to support their busy administration team.

Your Opportunity

Danetree Primary School is looking to appoint an enthusiastic and flexible person to support the busy administration team within our vibrant and friendly school. The successful candidate will be hardworking, willing and an all-round team player. This will be a varied and rewarding role and is a great opportunity to gain experience working in a school environment, combining customer service with administration skills. 

What we are looking for

  • Knowledge of schools systems is desirable
  • Able to remain professional when handling confidential material
  • An excellent communicator with both parents, children and staff
  • Confident with the use of Microsoft Office
  • Passionate about the children's learning, progression and welfare.

Our School sits within a newly established cluster of Primary schools, overseen by a Regional Director. Along with , our cluster includes the following other schools; The Vale Primary School, Banstead Infant School, Warren Mead Infant and Junior Schools, Cuddington Croft Primary School, Danetree Primary School and Floreat Wandsworth Primary School .

This is an exciting opportunity to work collaboratively with colleagues across this cluster, to share expertise and experience, ensuring all children in our schools receive an excellent education and reach their potential. The Details

Start Date: ASAP

Salary: £23,651 FTE

Actual Salary: £14,129.73

Hours: Part-time 25 hours a week Monday to Friday 8.00am - 1.00pm (39 weeks incl. INSET) 

Contract: Fixed-term contract until 31st August 2026

Closing Date: Wednesday 31st December at 11.59pm
