You will be providing support to help raise the achievement, aspirations, and engagement of students whilst promoting the partnership between the school, the student and their families. About de Stafford School

de Stafford is an 11-16 comprehensive school located in Caterham, Surrey which joined GLF Schools MAT in December 2016. The school has a PAN of 180 students per year group. The school serves predominantly the local Caterham community with the majority of students residing within the CR3 catchment area.

The Details

Start Date: ASAP

Salary: GLF Specialist Point 1 £27,061 to Point 8 £28,744 (dependent on experience)

Actual Salary: £24,250 to £25,758 (DOE)

Hours: 37.5hrs per week, Mon - Fri (term time only)

Closing Date: 1st March 2026
