GLF Schools is seeking an outstanding Director of Impact to strengthen and maximise the positive difference the Trust makes for children, families and communities. This is a pivotal leadership role, shaping how the Trust understands what truly makes a difference, and using that insight to improve outcomes for children across every GLF school.
Your Opportunity
As Director of Impact, you will lead how GLF understands, measures and improves its impact. Working closely with the Executive Team, Chief Digital & Information Officer (CDIO) and senior education leaders, you will embed evidence informed practice across the trust and ensure that insight drives meaningful action and improvement.
You will lead a clear, trust wide approach to understanding impact, bringing together research, evaluation and data into one coherent picture. You will clearly communicate complex analysis into actionable insight, how we use data and evaluative thinking, and support leaders to make evidence-driven decisions.
You will also lead innovation through Test, Learn and Grow initiatives, research partnerships and exploration of areas such as the Science of Learning, helping GLF scale what works and contribute to improvement across the wider education system.
This will be a hybrid post, with a base at our GLF Schools Head Office in Banstead, Surrey. There are also opportunities to work from other GLF Schools as appropriate.
