We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to support the development and implementation of the GLF Learning & Development strategy. In this pivotal role, you will champion a shared commitment to employee growth, ensuring our staff have the tools, support, and opportunities to excel in their careers. By providing tailored development opportunities, you will help to enhance the overall effectiveness of GLF Schools, directly impacting the experience and success of our pupils.

The successful candidate will be based at the GLF Office in Earlsfield Business Centre, Earlsfield. Occasional hybrid working can be agreed upon discussion.

What we are looking for:

We are looking for an inspiring individual who:

  • Who has a CIPD recognised HR qualification of level 5 or above
  • Has experience in learning and development, including assessment, design, and evaluation
  • Has experience of developing and implementing L&D strategies and frameworks 
  • Has experience in developing competency frameworks, career pathways, and learning plans
  • Has experience of supporting the development and delivery of HR strategies and delivering associated action plans

The Details

Base: Earlsfield Business Centre, Earlsfield

Start Date: As soon as available

Pay Scale: Senior Specialist - £33,426 - £45,000 FTE (agreed salary will be dependent on experience)

Hours: 36 hours a week, 52 weeks a year

Contract type: Permanent

Closing Date: 24th February 2025
