An exciting opportunity has become available for a Learning Assistant at Southgate Primary School in Crawley.

Your opportunity

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and caring Learning Assistant to play a key role in supporting the class teacher and the SENCo in the teaching and welfare of our children. We are particularly keen to hear from candidates with strong experience and interest in SEND.

Southgate Primary School is a good school situated in the heart of the Crawley community. You will join a genuinely caring and supportive team who want every child to succeed. About Southgate Primary School

Our School sits within a newly established cluster of schools, overseen by a Regional Director. Along with Southgate Primary School, our cluster includes the following other schools; Forge Wood Primary School, Kilnwood Vale Primary School, Greenway Junior School, Salfords Primary School, Lime Tree Primary School, Merstham Primary School.

This is an exciting opportunity to work collaboratively with colleagues across this cluster, to share expertise and experience, ensuring all children in our schools receive an excellent education and reach their potential. The Details

Hours: 36.25 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8.15am-3.45pm Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri and Wed 8.15am-5.00pm

Term Time: 39 weeks per year (including INSET days).

Salary: GLF Associate 2, point 1. FTE £21,544 -£23,582

Actual Salary: £18,662.89 - £20,428.34
