An exciting opportunity to join us as an Learning Support Assistant on a part time basis (2 days per week).

Have you got the drive, desire and dedication to make a difference to our children?

Do you relish the chance to be part of a driven, creative and supportive team?

Your opportunity

The successful candidate will support the class teacher in the delivery of learning and teaching activities. You will be assisting the teacher in the classroom and within small groups or for individual children, running interventions. Training will be provided to help undertake these responsibilities where needed.

What we're looking for:

We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about children’s learning, development, and welfare. You will be someone who can assist in preparing the classroom and support both children and the teacher with professionalism. Experience working within education would be desirable, with early years or KS1 experience particularly beneficial; however, this is not essential, as the successful candidate may have the opportunity to work within these areas. Candidates should be able to demonstrate their understanding of the role through their application and interview.

Please read the full job description and person specification for more information.
