Your Opportunity
As the Marketing and Lettings Office Assistant at Lime Tree Primary School, you will play a vital role in supporting the school's visibility and community engagement. Your responsibilities will include managing social media and marketing activity to promote the school and increase pupil numbers, overseeing the website to ensure it is current and compliant, and coordinating all aspects of school lettings. In addition, you will provide general administrative support within the school office, acting as a welcoming point of contact for parents, visitors, and staff, while also assisting with various office and reception duties to ensure the smooth running of the school day.
What we are looking for
- Strong ICT skills, with confidence using Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent communication and administrative skills
- A proactive, organised individual who can work independently and meet deadlines
- A welcoming and professional manner with a commitment to great customer service
- Trustworthy, discreet, and able to handle confidential information
- Reliable with excellent timekeeping and a strong attendance record
- Ability to build appropriate relationships with children and young people, in line with safeguarding expectations
- Experience in a school office or educational environment (desirable)
- Familiarity with systems such as SIMS, ParentPay, and PowerPoint (desirable)
