The Beacon School is delighted to be working in partnership with MCR Pathways, a nationwide programme designed to transform lives by helping young people realise their full potential. We are seeking to appoint an inspirational and dedicated Pathways Coordinator to join a school that has high expectations and high aspirations for all of our students.

The MCR Pathways programme is now being launched across Surrey and we are recruiting a Coordinator to implement the programme within our school.

The successful candidates will be based at The Beacon School, but supported by local, regional and nationally based MCR teams. Within this role, you will be an integral part of the school community, liaising with education colleagues and external stakeholders, and supporting the delivery of the programme to young people.

You will have experience of working with young people, be highly organised and infectiously ambitious for all the young people you work with.

You will need to be able to demonstrate excellent organisational skills, management of interventions and mentoring allocations across the school.
