Your opportunity
In this role, you’ll work closely with the school leadership and nursery team to manage all aspects of nursery administration - from coordinating admissions and maintaining accurate records to ensuring timely invoicing and funding claims. You’ll play a key part in keeping our nursery running smoothly by managing databases, monitoring staff ratios, and liaising with parents to fill places efficiently. The role also involves handling Local Authority funding processes, completing census data, and keeping our nursery information up to date online. If you’re organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about supporting early years education, we’d love to hear from you.
What we're looking for:
- Good General Education including English and Maths at GCSE or equivalent
- Appropriate experience in administration (school/nursery setting would be desirable)
- Advance IT skills, including experience working with MS office applications
- Able to plan and prioritise regular and irregular tasks
- An effective communicator and ability to remain professional and maintain confidentiality at all times

The Details
Start Date: 1st December 2025
Salary: GLF Associate 2 Point 1 £23,651 to Point 5 £23,937
Actual Salary: £13,564.54 to 13,728.57 (DOE)
Hours: The successful candidate will be required to start work at 08:30 a.m. each day. While the role is part-time (24 hours per week), there is flexibility in how these hours are distributed across the working week.
