Your Opportunity

We are looking for a Purchase Ledger Officer to join our Finance team in the South and East Region. This is a great opportunity to join one of our regional finance teams and, ultimately, to make a difference to the outcomes of the children and young people attending the schools within our Multi Academy Trust. The successful candidate will work as part of the regional finance team, led by the Regional Finance Partner, to deliver an expert service to our schools by:   

• ensuring accurate and timely processing and BACS payment of purchase invoices

• resolving payment queries with suppliers

• ensuring compliance with goods ordering and receipting processes

• liaising with school-based colleagues as required

The Purchase Ledger Officer will be working specifically with schools in our Eastern region (Chestnut Park, de Stafford, Hillcroft, Marden Lodge, Meridian High, Warlingham, Whyteleafe) and our Southern region (Forge Wood, Kilnwood Vale, Lime Tree, Merstham Park, Merstham Primary, Salfords, Southgate). This role will be based at De Stafford, Caterham.

The Details

Salary: G3/4 £17,322 - £20,523 FTE per annum (salary will be pro rata'd for part time / term time working patterns)

Hours: 30-36 hours a week, 43 weeks of the year

Location: De Stafford, Caterham

Start date: September 2020
