We are looking for a proactive and creative Recruitment Partner to work closely alongside the schools within Region A of GLF Schools – this encompasses Wokingham, Reading, Didcot and Banbury.
As a Recruitment Partner, you will play a pivotal role in supporting schools within your region to find and attract top talent, helping GLF Schools fulfil its mission of positively impacting young people's lives. You will work closely with GLF Executive team and school leaders, providing guidance, expertise, and resources to enhance their recruitment efforts. You will champion our employer brand while celebrating the unique identity of each school, ensuring a positive and engaging experience for both candidates and hiring teams. We would like to find someone who will throw themselves into all aspects of the recruitment process, from writing great adverts and supporting schools with hard to fill roles, to attending recruitment events/fayres to promote our employee brand.
We are looking to recruit someone on a fixed term basis for the academic year of September 2025- August 2026, working 36 hours a week, 42 weeks a year (term time plus 4 weeks). This is a hybrid role, where you will have a base at one of our satellite offices within the region, but be expected to visit schools where necessary. Occasional travel will be needed, and ideally, we would like to diarise monthly visits to our Head Office in Banstead, Surrey, to come together with the rest of the recruitment team.
What we are looking for
We are looking for someone who has:
- A passion for end-to-end recruitment
- The ability to identify and address difficult recruitment scenarios
- Proven experience in building and maintaining productive relationships with both internal team members and external partners or clients.
- Experience of using an Applicant Tracking System
- Excellent organisation skills with the ability to multi-task
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Experience in an educational setting would be beneficial.

The Details
Salary: Senior Specialist £33,426
Pro-rata salary: £30,968.21
Hours of work: 36 hours a week, 42 weeks a year (term time plus 4)
Location: Ideally located in either Wokingham, Reading, Didcot or Banbury
Contract: Fixed Term until August 2026
Start Date: ASAP
