We’re looking for a proactive and detail‑driven Regional Finance Manager to play a key role in delivering expert financial support across our schools.

Your opportunity

We are looking for an experienced finance professional to join our team. 

As a Finance Manager, you will work as part of the finance team, led by the Finance Partner, to deliver an expert service to our schools, including:

  • managing the delivery of the monthly management reports
  • overseeing transactional processing within the academies
  • preparing and monitoring budgets 
  • liaising with school-based colleagues as required

We can offer hybrid working, or you can choose to be fully based at  our regional office at de Stafford, Caterham. Regular visits to schools in the region will be necessary. We are looking for someone to work 36 hours a week, 43 weeks a year (term time plus 4 weeks)

What we are looking for

  • AAT qualified and beyond or QBE with relevant experience
  • Experience of producing financial accounts using financial systems
  • Experience of working within the education or charity sector
  • Experience of working within a Finance Department
  • Experience of producing regular forecasts

The Details

Salary: Senior Specialist £34,429 FTE 

Pro rate salary: £32,656.92

Hours: We are looking for someone to work 36 hours a week, 43 weeks a year (term time plus 4 weeks).

Location: Base at de Stafford, Caterham

Start date: ASAP
