Your Opportunity 

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Regional Finance Partner to provide strategic financial leadership across schools within our region. Reporting to the Finance Director, you will work closely with Regional Education Directors, Headteachers and wider functional teams to support effective financial planning, robust budget management and informed decision-making. 

Leading the regional finance team, you will ensure the delivery of accurate management information, forecasts and budgets, while driving continuous improvement and best practice across our schools. This is an exciting opportunity for a finance professional who enjoys building strong relationships, influencing senior stakeholders and making a tangible difference within a values-driven organisation. 

The successful candidate will oversee a group of primary schools across the Banstead, Epsom, and Camberley region. Regular travel between schools within the region will be required as part of the role.

We are looking for someone to work 36 hours a week, 52 weeks a year, with a base at The Beacon School in Banstead.  

What we are looking for 

We are looking for someone who: 

  • Holds a recognised accounting qualification and has strong technical financial expertise. 
  • Has experience working within a multi-site or complex organisation, managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Can confidently analyse and interpret financial information, presenting it clearly to non-financial stakeholders. 
  • Demonstrates excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence, support and challenge senior leaders where appropriate. 
  • Has proven leadership experience, with the ability to motivate, coach and develop high-performing teams. 
  • Is highly organised, analytical and solution-focused, with a commitment to accuracy, continuous improvement and excellent customer service.

Salary: Leadership 2- £60,000 FTE 

Hours: 36 hours a week, 52 weeks a year  

Base Location: The Beacon School, Banstead, with hybrid working options available 

Start Date: ASAP
