You will use sport and mentoring to support young people’s attendance, wellbeing, behaviour, and aspirations, helping to improve life chances of our students.

- A sports qualification (desirable)
- A genuine interest in mentoring young people, supporting their wellbeing, and building strong, positive relationships
- Enthusiasm and commitment to working as part of a team
- Confidence and clarity in communication
