Your Opportunity

We are recruiting for an experienced Administrator to join our Teaching School Hub Team on a fixed term basis until July 2027. The successful candidate will be responsible for the proactive and effective planning, execution, administration and evaluation of our TSH programmes, as well as supporting and engaging all our stakeholders and growing our reach.

Candidates may work from our TSH base at The Beacon School in Banstead, but this hybrid role allows for some remote working and occasionally requires travel across our regions for meetings, training, and conferences. We can be flexible with working hours within 24 hours a week to support those with caring responsibilities, and this role is over 39 weeks a year (term time only).

What we are looking for

The successful candidate will be a great communicator and problem-solver who enjoys regular contact and dialogue with our participants and partners. They will also be proficient in the full Office suite, including Excel and ideally have experience with Power BI reporting

About The Teaching School Hub

GLF Schools are one of the 87 nationally recognised hubs for delivering teachers' and leaders' professional development in West Sussex and across the Southeast. We play a significant role in delivering initial teacher training, early career training, and supporting leaders in education through the National Professional Qualification delivery.

We help trainees, teachers, and leaders from GLF's 43 schools and beyond into our West Sussex TSH region, supporting over 360 schools, with 86% of all West Sussex schools working with us. We are excited to welcome a new member to our friendly and supportive Teaching School Hub team.
